Privacy & Participation
A small celebration, with clear boundaries.
Voluntary by design. This is an unofficial community project for KVASU employees. It is not operated, endorsed or maintained by KVASU.
Minimal information. Only name, designation, station, and birthday day and month are stored. Birth year and age are never collected.
Approval first. Every entry requires administrator approval. Pending submissions are never public.
Today and tomorrow only. There is no public directory, calendar, search, weekly view or access to birthdays beyond tomorrow.
Administrator controlled. Only the administrator can edit or permanently remove an entry from the Birthday Board.
IST throughout. The board changes at midnight in India and correctly handles month boundaries, year boundaries and leap years.
